Q: I just placed my order of business cards online, can I email you my photo to be put on the postcard?

A: Yes, you can email your photo to us in JPEG or TIF format. For head & shoulder shot, a resolution of 640x480 or higher should be sufficient.


Q: Can I use my own message on the back of the postcard?

A: Yes, you can either use our storyline or use your own message to convey your thoughts & experiences in real estate.


Q: Can I use one of the storylines with a different style other than the one it is shown with?

A: Yes, have fun with mixing and matching and create a whole new look that best fits your business.


Q: Can I have more than one phone number on the back of my postcard?

A: Yes, you can add more contact information, but keep in mind the more you add the smaller your text and photo becomes.


Q: Can I customize my postcard with my own images and ideas?

A: Please call our customer service at 888-525-6601 for all references to customized postcards.


Q: How come you don't sell your cards in a 12 month series?

A: By not making you commit to a 12 month series you are able to order as little or as much as you want at anytime.  Which makes it easier to order different styles and slogans during the year.  Also, with our new high tech equipment we are able to print smaller amounts of postcards at one time, so you can change as often as you like.


Q: Are there more samples and styles other than the ones displayed in your website?

A: All our current designs are displayed on our website.  Our design department works constantly to create new designs and add them to our website periodically.  Please check our website from time to time for the latest designs.


Q: Can you email me a proof before finishing my order?

A: Our policy is to email all our customers a digital proof for final approval before running any order if requested.


Q: How long can I expect it to take before I receive my postcards after I approve my digital proof?

A: Your order should ship out within two days of approval of your order and then expect 3 to 4 business days for shipping.  Next day shipping is available on request for $10 above the regular S&H charge.


Q: I only have a limited number of photos, can I get my photo back once you're done with it?

A: Yes, we will return your photo once we're done with your order if requested.


Q: I paid a photo setup charge the last time I ordered, do I have to pay a setup charge when reordering?

A: No, we only charge you a $20 photo setup charge each time you send us a new photo to be put on your postcard.


Q: Why do the color of my postcard look different than the color I see on my computer monitor?

A: Due to the different combinations of graphics cards and computer monitors, there is going to be a minor color variation between your computer monitor and the postcard in most cases.
